Identify this homebuilt

This video is shot from a Highlander, but what's that plane in the air-to-air shot at 2:30 elapsed.

Kitfox 7?

I think its a Highlander on Grove spring gear, no?

Looks like a Highlander with spring gear like Emflys indicated. It is definitely not a Kitfox 7 as it doesn't have the signature Kitfox offset ailerons and the tail is squared off at the edges. The KF 7 has rounded corners on the tail.

That's what I thought! But the chance that someone had put a Highlander on Grove spring gear was pretty low on my scale of likely scenarios. :)

Maybe it is that guy from Africa with another attempt.
It looks like a one of a kind to me.
