Looks like a Highlander with spring gear like Emflys indicated. It is definitely not a Kitfox 7 as it doesn't have the signature Kitfox offset ailerons and the tail is squared off at the edges. The KF 7 has rounded corners on the tail.

That's what I thought! But the chance that someone had put a Highlander on Grove spring gear was pretty low on my scale of likely scenarios.
