im looking to fly the northeast us
Did you fly somewhere cool, take photos, and feel like telling the tale to make us drool from the confines of our offices? Post them up!
Hello, we live in kentucky and are wanting to fly up in the north east to site see for a vacation.
Anyone have any good suggestions how to get enough info on what i should see and avoid?
probably looking at about a 10 day trip, love to get in a day of fishing somewhere with a good giude.
looking to go in the fall when the leaves are turning

If Northern NY interests you you are more than welcome to pick my pea size brain for info. Lots of fun stuff to do and see. What type of fishing and species are you looking for? Lots of water here and although I don't guide fishing trips (Other than a couple of long time guests) any longer I do know a handfull of good people that are still getting after it.

If you are looking for aviation related spots...
Lockhaven PA (KLHV) has the Piper museum on the field.
Old Rhinebeck NY has the airshows with the WW1 era airplanes. The town is worth a visit too. Neat old village.. restaurants, shops, farmer's market on the weekend, etc.
Greenville ME has the International Seaplane Fly in in September (might be a bit early for leaf peeping).
