Cool airstrip. I would not want to experience an engine failure over that dense canopy. Yikes.

Nice video. Actually that dense canopy might be better than the terrain in Idaho. That is assuming you didn't fall to your death when you got out of the plane way up in a tree.

You know they send you a little piece of rubber that looks like a nose clamp for swimming to clip onto your GoPro so that it does not make the horrible clicking sound as it rattles in the clip. I got one "A Doohickey" when I bought the GoPro, I assume they come with all of the GoPros. If not you can buy them.

Thank you ohadI never used that piece, Im attaching it from now on.
Those trees are very tall, you could end up with the plane on the canopy and could be 100ft from the ground.
Years ago one plane crashed in that forest and was found 2 years later just by chance by some people hiking, its so dense it was impossible to locate from the air.

No problem. Every time I rode my bike downhill very fasy and bumpy, that sum beachin camera rattled like a wobbly trailer tire with only one lug nut. I always wondered what the little device was, and I fugured it out. Although it is to make sure the camera doesnt plop out, it sure does a WONDERFUl job of reducing and eliminating the damn rattle.
