Earlier is better for me, I'm skipping out on work in the morning as it is.
Just talked to Dave and he also needs to get back to work.
Zane, if you want to hit some strips early let's do it.
Let me know.

Re: Lenhardt 7S9: Every Friday coffee: 10AM

We might just have to take the hole day off? :)
Jost, is another good one with a modified pattern due to transmission power lines, there are 2 strips up Gopher Valley that I haven't been to or talked to the owners, but need to be recon'd.
Morgan's...I talked to the owner tonight, he said it hasen't been used in 4 years, definatly needs to be looked over. George's is out, he has new grass and doesn't want it tore up, to bad it's a fun one.
Sheridan, I went in there last Tuesday....learned that 29" tires don't float :), probably dried out some by now.
Watts is in good shape, the old Houston place is for sale with a nice strip!
The Flying M is awesome! Might catch Barb for a cup of coffee if we are early?

Re: Lenhardt 7S9: Every Friday coffee: 10AM

Getting out of Troutdale was blustery, 25G32Kts right down the runway. It was calm at Lenhardts. It felt like spring time.

It was a great turn out. I missed Kenny but saw Zane, Terry, Dave, Chad, Bob, and Guy. After Lenhardt Terry, Dave and me went to Independence for lunch. Guy was already there. The two Yak flyers were there too. Actually they were the Nanchang version.

Hope to see y'all next Friday.

Cheers...Rob

Unbelievable, February in the Pac.NW and we all hung out outside soaking up the sun!
Rob is a bad influence, kept me out to late to go to work. :)

Re: Lenhardt 7S9: Every Friday coffee: 10AM

sorry I have missed Friday coffee at Lenhardts for the last three weeks as my wife has been in and out and back in and out again of the hospital. I am the only care provider here so I have had the duty 24/7 and that keeps me away. I am hoping I can get away this Fri. and get my pilot talk fix taken care of. My airplane is still over in Vale and I am getting itchy feet to be headed that way.

Hi Bob: I have missed also. My M7 is back in A1 condition but it is in Madras I need to bring it home as soon as we get a wx window.

I hope your wife gets to feeling better.

Re: Lenhardt 7S9: Every Friday coffee: 10AM

Here in the beautiful sun, wanting to go fly but, headed to socal via Susanville and Death Valley. Nice day for a road trip. Beats snow all to hell. I got to fly yesterday afternoon. I thought Lenhardts would be great today but I see the Valley is hard IFR. Maybe it will burn off by 10. If it does we may stop by in the truck, we'll be going by about 11.

Cheers
