Seems more like an advertisement than a review.

It is not advertisement.
There is no links to websites, price or even the Lift logo.
I do really like the product, its all I can say.

Re: Lift helmet review.

Didn’t feel like spam to me.

I like the helmet and would definitely spring for one in our biplanes, but it gets pricey with the Bose option.

If your biplane is loud ANR headsets might not work well.
My Lightspeeds Zulu 3s made a loud noise in the CJ 6.

Consider Clarity Aloft ,no install cost, very light , and work real good.

Lift helmet review.

My Bose A-20 has worked flawlessly in every plane I have flown with them in. Everything from an open cockpit Starduster Too to a Yak-18T/52 with the same M-14 engine as your CJ-6.

I’ve tried the Clarity Aloft system in my uncles Extra 300 and I preferred my Bose.

I wish the Clarity Aloft were ANRs, every time I finish a flight , my ears are ringing for a bit of time.
Good to hear the Bose worked for you, Will give my A 20s a try in the CJ6

I’m surprised Bose or someone else hasn’t come up with anything better in the 9 years I’ve owned the A20.

At the very least I would think they could make it lighter by now!
