You might give Kurt Becker 2zero8 Six Three zero - Four 33 One. He is a Cessna guy. A&P and CFI. I got my float rating from him a few years ago.

I'd recommend Jim Shore, A&P/IA @ Shore & Shore Aviation. http://www.shorenshoreaviation.com/, again at KEUL which is a 5 minute flight away. He's been around a long time and can work on just about everything from Cessna's to Waco's.

The same guy who installed my engine in 1982 is still maintaining and doing the annuals today. They also maintain the local flying club with 6 cessnas.

Without a doubt the best place to go for Cessnas in this valley.

Now if you want me to take a peak at it for you I can, but I'm not an A&P... just a pilot on field.

I'll second the recommendation for Aero Services. They have never done my work, but when I sold a plane and when others have purchased aircraft, I have seen the prebuy done through them and it was VERY thorough and appropriate. They seem to talk straight and fair when dealing with the sellers and buyers from what I have witnessed.
