Marble Colorado: new safety briefing and contact info

A new safety briefing and new contact info is now available on the RAF website: www.theraf.org/airport/marbleco
Please note that you now need to contact Lance Ward at [email protected] for permission and waiver.

Re: Marble Colorado: new safety briefing and contact info

A couple of days ago, I obtained the waiver from Lance, filled it out, and emailed it back to him last night. My airplane needs its annual, which I think is likely to happen next week. It's been a few years since I've been to Marble, but I hope to get up there again before the snow flies. Might just do it for a day instead of camping--getting kind of used to the comforts of my new little motorhome vs. a tent. Yeah, I know, growing old = wimping out. Oh well!

Thanks for posting the information! I was hoping to head up there a few weeks ago but had little luck getting permission from the previous contact. Lucky that this strip exists and that there is access. Looking forward to checking it out before the snow moves in!
