I have to test the marker beacon receiver on an aircraft for a foreign customer. I can't find any in the Pacific Northwest except for a lonely inner marker (IM) on the ILS for RWY 16R at SeaTac. Are they all gone from North America? I know Canada doesn't have any and it makes me wonder why anybody installs the receivers any more.

Is there an outer marker at Arlington, KAWO? I'm not IFR cert. so I'm not sure which one it is but there is a marker there.

I am pretty sure Tacoma Narrows still has marker beacons. I shot an approach to check my beacon receiver last summer.

A quick check on Foreflight on the approaches for various PNW airports: Sea-Tac has 2 inner markers, Arlington and Tacoma Narrows have outer markers. Couldn't find any quickly that have middle markers.

I have no doubt that there's a publication somewhere which lists the various marker beacons.

I'd think there would be a few in your neck of the woods. Don't know but we have em here in TX. One at KAFW on the ILS 16. It's only an IM
Edit to add: just a quick look shows KAWO has an LOM on the LOC 34 approach
Also there's an OM at TIW on the ILS 17

Kcvo has a middle marker.

Try McChord Field (KTCM) you can do approaches there and GRF no problem. They would actually love to give you a PAR over at GRF! They have currency. Most the time you can get an approach in for McChord if you just ask. if there is a heavy around then they may not let you, doesn't hurt to ask!

If your up in BC....
Might be cheaper to fly over to CYVR Vancouver and go to a Avionics shop. They will test and sign it off in the logbook.
