Marketplace: Archive SOLD items or delete them?
Have a problem with the website? Maybe you can find the answer here.
All these years I've been deleting items that get marked SOLD to keep the forum clean and easier to parse, but I also thought it might benefit people to have them archived too for price reference purposes. Sometimes they get quite lengthy and have some good info. Thoughts?
At some point we'll have a proper classifieds section.

Maybe a search criteria button for "search sold archive"? And sort by price?
Are you using MySQL?

I'm not asking you to do anything. Users can't delete topics.
I'm asking if you prefer a thinned-out forum where the SOLD items are totally gone, or saved for posterity.

Archived helps do price comparison. Plus I often forget where I saw an item for sale and have wasted a fair amount of time searching for an item only to discover that it has been deleted.
