What's the weight difference of the 3 blade MT - and the 88" black mac?

If it looks smooth, it might be. If it looks rough, it is...www.bigtirepilot.com ...www.alaskaheliski.com

3-blade MT with spinner is 56 lbs. Mac 3B 86" is 78 pounds. I could not find my notes on the prop/spinner weight of the 2B 88 Mac. I take a bet it is more than 68 pounds.

And thank you all for the wonderful pics...makes me long for the summer of 2018 to get back out there and have fun exploring this beautiful country by air!!

John

I wish I could have gotten another four pounds out of it, but my MT was just over 60lbs.

akgreg wrote:You are crazy to get the very average 3-blade. Reports are the new whizbang 4-blade, made with Graphene and hardened unicorn semen for the leading edges is about to be released. Supposed to be the cats ass! It's 25.35lbs lighter than the 3-blade as well. Won't have any CG issues to deal with. And quiet.....sounds like an owl fart. Inaudible.
Just saying.....

Thanks for the laugh! That was good.
