Re: Nasty Bug Bite @ Johnson Creek

OK, here is what I think happened, night before last I found a Cone Nose Beetle (Kissing Bug), on the wall next to my night light, nasty things they are, they got the name (kissing bug) because they are attracted to their victims mouth. I have been bit before on the chest and back, they leave a nasty welt, I had sore lips from being sun burnt @ Johnson Creek, I got bit on the sorest spot, must have been tender. SOoo after all, I do not think that I got bit @ Johnson Creek, but in my own home. My wife was cleaning house and had things out on the sun and the bug hitched a ride into the house. When you live rural there are all kinds of critters that want to move in with you, did I tell you the story about the rattle snake in the kitchen/under the stove? But that’s another story. That’s the truth and I’m sticking to it :^o
