It very well could be, it is a few miles from Sandy.
Looks like a very nice place but it seems over priced to me.

I used to fly out of Sandy River Airport just upstream from McKinnon’s..
Your right, that is the strip where McKinnon lived and did the conversions.
Not sure of the current owner, but a former owner kept pictures/ memorabilia from the conversion days in the hangar out of respect for the man and place. I thought that was top notch.
It was that owner who gave me permission to drop in but I never did and he passed away years ago.
The local Lion’s club hosted a pancake fly-in/ hot rod show there for many years, since suspended.
It must have been a sight to see the Grumman’s go in and out if there.
