Paint brush for rivet heads
Aircraft building and project-level overhaul forum -- Kitplanes, experimental amateur-built, homebuilding, or even restoration of certified aircraft.
I need to paint some rivet heads and someone mentioned a brand of small paint brush that has a hole at the tip specifically designed for rivets.
I have searched and cannot find them. Anybody know what the name of them is?
This is where I say that I don’t give a shit about how you paint your rivet heads.
I’m just looking for these brushes..that is all.
Have a nice day.

Made me laugh. Well said. Would it be helpful if I suggested an internet search?

Hahaha
I have searched that internet thing to no avail. Normally I can spend money with the best of them. My search skills are lacking this morning.

I believe what your looking for is the Gornell Rivet brush. Do a search for it and you will find it.

Gornell rivet brush is for applying vinyl. Not a paint brush. Thanks for the info though. Never had seen one of those before.

Hey Greg....
Did you find a good way to paint those rivet heads? I have a little touch up work to do. Spruce has some cotton swabs on a stick that are certainly cheap enough. I might try them.
and when are you coming to TN? ... .let me know when you do.
