Let me know Gary, if it's down that way I'll drive over.

The memorial will be July 27 at the Gosney Ranch, which has an airstrip. You can drive or fly in. It is a narrow asphalt strip, around 1400' long. Coordinates are 37.11.348 X 107.35.911. 4-8PM

If you want to go up, pull back on the controls. If you want to go down, pull back farther.

I wanted to add a little to my previous post.

Because it is a Sunday, they have moved the time back an hour, starting at 3PM instead of 4.

If anyone would like to fly into the area, but not into the Gosney Ranch, I would recommend Animas Air Park. It is run by Delvin Greg who is another local backcountry pilot, and a good friend of Miles and me. Arrangements have been made to shuttle anyone that comes in and lands at Animas. Gas is the cheapest in the area there also. And if you want to camp there for night, I sure we can make that happen.
