I here people talk about flying commercial from DEN to DRO for $100. If you could do that, and wanted to, I can get you over to 9CO3 from here.

If you want to go up, pull back on the controls. If you want to go down, pull back farther.

I can't find anything like that...600 to 1500 bucks..haha.

Turns out the Citabria is booked twice that day already with students..once first thing in the morning and then again around lunch time.

We were excited to heli in Silverton — until we saw the bird. Looking like something your stoner uncle built in the garage out of four Meccano sets, a fish tank, and an AMC Pacer, this helicopter seats a pilot plus two only, making it a tricky vehicle, logistics-wise, when your group has 8 people in it. Just got back to Del Norte. What a day!! Thanks Gary for gettin us out there. Went for a great hike up the canyon behind the strip, the kids had a great time. About 3 pm or so a tripacer flew over, tried to land uphill once, went around, circled some more, then tried to land down hill. Scared the crap out of us. Fortunately he decided to get out of there.
