Re: Please help out our brother Bub.

Rob-

Watch your mailbox for mine. Thank you for starting this initiative.

I've always enjoyed Bub's contributions on this site. Seeing Alaska through his eyes after he wrote about his cruise a couple years back was especially fun. He brings a real friendly tone that I've enjoyed over the years. All the best, Bub.

Re: Please help out our brother Bub.

This is Brenda signing in on Bub's login it is hard for him to type much anymore. Bub was reading this post when I came in from outside. I always knew pilots were special people but this is a wonderful thing that Rob has started for us. We both sat here and cried!! special thanks can not say enough for the way you have touched our hearts. I know he is a one of a kind person but it is nice to hear others think the same also. Yes, Bub will be at the Fly-in in Burns on Saturday around 9:30 come by if you can and say hello.
Bub's real name is Robert Wright since someone was asking.
Thanks again to everyone who has opened this post and comented on how wonderful Bub is.

With greatest appreciation,
Brenda and Bub

I met Bub when another BCP pilot (Rob?) flew him down to Bridgeport, NV for lunch a year or two back. Good people.

As much as the folks in Bridgeport might like to see themselves in Nevada instead, they are currently in Cali :)

Bad news about Bub's condition. Donation sent.

Yeah, it's tough for some of us in Nevada, I have trouble spotting those dotted state border lines from the air . . . seems like everything just east of the big rocks oughta should be Nevada . . . well at least 'till you get through the Owens Valley. California can have Las Vegas in trade.

Head cold
keeping me from coming up to the breakfast . . . sorry to miss it.

I don't know Bub, but I do know he sounds like the kind of guy I would like to know:)

I did the paypal routine, it's real easy for those of you who haven't tried that.

Re: Please help out our brother Bub.

I gave Brenda a company check for consulting. It had my address on the check and she sent a really nice note to me. All you guys that sent money paypal, I am not sure she can tell who sent it but I know it is much apprediated by Bub and Brenda.

Bub has been bugging me for at least two years to come up for the pancakes. Somthing has always had a higher priority. I am so glad that I made it this year if nothing else but to see a Cherokee 180 =D> =D> =D>
