Hey all,
A Port-A-Port hangar is coming up for auction on a nearby sale. Does anyone know anything about them? Are there things to watch out for? What is a good price? How hard are they to move?

I had one for my 205 years ago when I lived in Chicago...it held up well..I was the second owner and it was 10 years old...they are designed to be moved...bolt to a slab and as I recall the walls are like panels that then bolt together...it had two side doors that folded back...kind of a pain In Snow and wind and a center door...mine had an enormous wheel to raise it...it was very easy....but a knuckle buster on the way down..I would consider one for storage....but not as a hanger workshop

I was really surprised. The thing brought over $6,000. I can get a much bigger and better quonset for that.

Also had one. Did the job. W CO where I lived has wicked Spring winds. No problems with it.
