Re: Portland Trip

I'd do the ferry flight except I haven't flown a cub in 35 years, and I just arrived at home from the job in Saudi and my honeydo list is way to long to get away for more than 45 minutes. It's a nice looker, congratulations.

Re: Portland Trip

I would be happy to help, and even have some free time, but I am probably not your guy due to my vast experience of 200 hours, most of it in a PA-20 Pacer, only about 3 hours in a cub on wheels.

However if any of you Portland area guys want a co-pilot I have a lot of time off at the end of July / early August and would be happy to tag along, takes some photos and fly when you need a break.

Re: Portland Trip

gorgeous cubby!! Congrats. Good luck with the flight home-that's a long one! take advantage of flying the Colombia river gorge if you are close enough-well worth it! If you are hopping over the rockpile and need a place in Denver let me know (or even just someone to grab a steak and beer with!)
