Pre-buy in Maryland

I'm looking at an airplane at Claremont Airport (58M) in NE Maryland and will probably be having a pre-buy inspection done. If anyone knows a mechanic in that area to recommend, I'd appreciate it. From the airport website it looks like Frank Boyko is the resident A&P. If anyone has any experience with him I'd appreciate any input you can provide. Might be that he's the one who's been doing the annuals on that airplane too.
I'm sure you realize this, but it's usually a good idea to have some other than the seller's regular mechanic do a pre-buy-- if for no other reason than to get a fresh set of eyes on the airplane.
Not a bad idea to talk to whoever's been maintaining it, to get their (possibly biased) take on it though.
