You mean there's a kit that doesn't come with pre-upholstered seats?

This is what I have:

Plywood for temporary surface to make sitting in the aircraft and making vroom noises possible.

The plywood looks good enough for me. People are so picky.

I NEVER get uncomfortable, plus I like being able to pull the skin out (it's not secured, just thrown in there) and use it for whatever when camping out. It's cool to sit on in the summer, warm in the winter, and cost around $200.00, in this case for me anyway, a simple approach is working great.
Or, being from Idaho, is it just that you like to stay close to a sheep?

dont know what your talking about zane! think back to your ultralight days and you will realize its ready to go!
I got to confess I couldn't agree more with the sheep skin Idea. It really is the ultimate choice in the cold, perfect in the heat, and plus it breathes, so you don't get all sweaty in it on the long flights.

I went with Sport Aircraft Seats. My most precious commodity these days is time. I'm not even working on the Bearhawk at the moment because I don't have a good shop space.
The seats turned out beautifully. I will update with photos in the next couple weeks when I'm back in Oregon.
