In my ship I carry extensive desert survival equipment (shade, clothing, tools, etc), provisions (water/food), protection (shotgun) and tracking (iridium).Flyhound wrote:That's some pretty desolate terrain. Looks like the backdrop for a post apocalyptic film. I hope you had lots of water with you!

This morning the weather was great…
One interesting aspect of this ship is it can touch down almost anywhere out here. I don’t like to use the cellular telephone when flying, so I landed to talk with Mary in Hawaii. The LZs out here can be very remote and you need to put a lot of trust in your aircraft and yourself. “When in doubt, don’t go out”.
