That's some pretty desolate terrain. Looks like the backdrop for a post apocalyptic film. I hope you had lots of water with you!

In my ship I carry extensive desert survival equipment (shade, clothing, tools, etc), provisions (water/food), protection (shotgun) and tracking (iridium).

Thank you for watching and the reminder about survival in the desert!

This morning the weather was great…

One interesting aspect of this ship is it can touch down almost anywhere out here. I don’t like to use the cellular telephone when flying, so I landed to talk with Mary in Hawaii. The LZs out here can be very remote and you need to put a lot of trust in your aircraft and yourself. “When in doubt, don’t go out”.
