Ski pilot retirement home, more fixer uppers

I found 3 "new" ones the other day, all with great views and no neighbors. All need some work, like walls, roofs, doors etc. Getting close to them after landing or while landing can be tricky, as there can be some unexpected hazards. Abandoned farm equipment is at the top of the list, and in this one case a pile of rocks. It's easy to let down your guard but these landings are potentially much tricker then a ski landing in the middle of no where, and of course I always to try to get real close for a good picture so that ups the excitement. All on slopes, so figuring out the parking place/taxiing thing is fun (?) as it's super easy to paint yourself into a corner [-X ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Wow!!! The homes all look great, seems it the hangars that need most of the work. Good job Courierguy!!

I get your point Tom but with our Government pulling the strings, when am I ever going to retire or afford one of these retirement homes?

Most of those seem a bit chilly--maybe a bit too much natural A/C. :)
