Traveling to Arizona or Florida for consistent decent weather opens more possibilities.

St Charles Flying Service in St Louis is a part 141 school and is 4 hours away. You could see what they have to offer:

I know nothing about these places (they just come up in web searchs). Be REAL careful/paranoid before committing any money; not only are there scams but even some well-intentioned people may find themselves fiscally drowning and in a panic take your money with them.

These accelerated courses require that you put your life on hold for 2/3 weeks so that flying/studying is the only thing you do.
