Nice cargo area, you can carry your ground handling wheels in the back, nice!

The 44 is a good ship, we use them a lot for flight training here because of their overall characteristics, and quite a few get bought by new pilots that have trained on them. Lease-back to schools helps to maximize the flight hours/calendar years economic equation. They also are filling the lower layer of commercial work, so a new grad with 44 time has a good shot at that first job.
On avionics, I flew an older (much older) B206 the other day that had dual Garmin G5's installed. Would have given my right arm for just one on the panel flying in heavy smoke on fires this year.

This guy was flying his R44 with his two daughters and a load of camping gear and fuel down from Alaska to make a college campus visiting tour of the lower 48 and then back up again. Interesting and nice guy but what a trip! Looking forward to your adventures.CW
