THAT is a nice plane. But I'm hoping you got a REALLY good deal on it to put up with what you've already endured plus the work still ahead of you. To say the least it's an adventure to keep the rest of us stitched to. Congratulations its home.

Hey now, I've talked about the one I'm rebuilding... just haven't touched it in a while. Haha.

Really enjoying this dog pilot. Please continue with the progress, and feel free to share more stories!

Re: The 206H Is Finally In The Hanger

Hi Dogpilot, did you ever have anything to do with the Beavers that were located in Safdarjung airport New Delhi? We had an interesting time getting aircraft parts and engines out of there some time ago. We were originally interested in the Beavers but after an Indian Dutch auction, the people (Canadian I think) who actually won the tender still didn't get the aircraft. They apparently went via the UAE to an american buyer. Those Indians were certainly a test of patience to deal with. A lot of treasures in the hanger we eventually got into to pack our stuff, but hard to get your hands on. Lots of new Beaver parts, helicopter bits and pieces etc. You could write a book on them. Also 5 Beavers and 7 185s sitting in Pakistan in hangers, but apparently impossible to get!
