Waterin holes between Durango and Lakeland Fla.
Not necessarily information about airstrips or airports, but more general info about a greater area or a route of flight.
I got a buddy with a TBM(Great backcountry plane

) that is gonna fly some friends and me to Sun and Fun. He is wondering what a good place to stop enroute would be to get more kerosene, and possably have anything else to check out.
Thanks Gary

If you want to go up, pull back on the controls. If you want to go down, pull back farther.

Stop by Claremore, OK (KGCM) with the TBM for fuel, give me a call and I'll show you some Oklahoma hospitality, I owe you one for your help in Durango when we came through last year.

Gary,
Weatherford, OK would be a great spot to stop for fuel. They have the cheapest fuel I have ever seen. currently Jet-A $3.37/gal, FS. I have been there a multiple of times. A couple of times these have been extended stays. For a heated hanger they only charged $25/night up to $100. I spent two seperate weeks down there and the second week they did not charge me anything since I had already paid the $100 that month. They are very friendly with excellent service. Also there is a museum there that would be cool to go through. I have nothing but good things to say about this airport and its FBO. I am not the only one. Check out the reviews on airnav. I don't think there is one negative comment.
