You might also look at the Aeronca Sedan that was advertised here with 180.

Good luck! I'd need about 2.5-times market value to part with mine, because there's really nothing else to replace it with: Buy a 180 and spend a lot more on every aspect of airplane ownership, or get a cub/husky/scout and not be able to cary anything.

Yup that’s why they are so hard to find. But every 2 months one pops up on the market it seems.
