Foreflight -- Flight planning, occasional glance at current position. The iPad mini lends itself nicely to kneeboarding.
CloudAhoy -- flight review. It will run in the background.
MyRadar -- nice review of weather
Weatherbug -- slightly different than MyRadar, a bit more temp info.

Besides the Sportys Study Buddy (which is $9.99), is there any other study apps anybody is using for cheaper or Free? :mrgreen:

Anybody try the Rod Machado's apps for his books? Or any other good study apps for flight reviews?

Anyone running Tapatalk 2? I just upgraded today, but apart from some better user interface elements, it's not much better than v.1.

I've been running it for a while now on my galaxy S3 Zzz. It gave me a couple different options, and seems a bit faster, but other then that its pretty much the same thing I've found.
