Backcountry adventures - a flying video

Wintertime blues set in and I started looking through countless scrap clips over the past few years. Seemed like it would make a good video, so here it is.

Various clips from CO, UT, ID, and MT.

(Looks better in 720p HD)

Re: Backcountry adventures - a flying video

Nice work Matt! Looks like you've had some great adventures over the years. A lot of footage never seems to find it's place. That was a good way to put it all together.

Very nice Matt! I'm starting to get a really bad itch to go do some camping.

Thanks guys!

Roamer - Let me know when you come out, maybe we can meet up and go flying.

GSP - I hear ya buddy, the weather has been very nice here the last few weeks. Makes it feel like camping season is right around the corner.

Re: Backcountry adventures - a flying video

I watched it before you posted it here since I stalk you on YouTube... :) Some of that footage is amazing, like the sunset landing. More unfair advantages of Colorado.

Re: Backcountry adventures - a flying video

Matt's videos and stills suffer from 2 major problems:
1. He uses the most beautiful scenery in the country
2. He's too darned talented.

Other than that, they'd be just run of the mill stuff. :)

Re: Backcountry adventures - a flying video

Well done Matt. Where I come from, it would take me a lifetime to get footage half that beautiful. Jealous indeed. Keep up the good work and I'll keep dreaming about making it out to some of those spots sometime.

Thanks everyone!

Cary, there's far more talent on here than I, but I agree with you on the scenery. ;)
