Rich, thought I would give some a try, even know I won't get home for awhile.
I have to say your response was startling, with in an hour of ordering I got a tracking notice.
If the product is as good as the customer service, you've got a hit!
Very impressive!
Thanks, Yep I put in the discount code, Thanks for that also!

Re: "Eyes outside" glass cleaner

Just got my "eyes outside" glass cleaner and "buddha belly" cleaner yesterday. I will also echo others in saying that is some fast acknowledgement and immediate shipping, very happy about that.

I got to go for a quick local flight this morning and tried out the glass cleaner when I was done. I've always used lemon pledge, and been pretty happy with it, but always thought that there has to be something better. I decided to try the "eyes outside" and I must say, I'm very impressed. Cleans VERY easily, leaves no film, and maybe seems to "cover up"? some very small scratches I had in my windshield..unless I'm dreaming. That stuff is fantastic.

Now as far as the belly on my plane, I've been slacking there big time. Figured I'd make it a winter project as work slows down and tackle that big job. Tell you the truth, I've been dreading it, and procrastating pretty bad. I sprayed a bit of the "buddha belly" on the worst spot underneath, let it set a couple minutes as I secured the hangar, and went back to it with a rag. I literally gave it a quick swipe, and it cut right through that grime like butter! Flipped the rag over, wiped again, and that spot is amazingly clean. It REALLY DOES WORK, and much better than I expected. I'm actually looking forward to cleaning the belly now, since I know it's going to be an easy job.

Great job on fantastic products and service! I will be back for sure!

Re: "Eyes outside" glass cleaner

When I saw in his signature a mention of his product and that there was a BCP discount and something to Zane, that overwhelmed any restraint I had and I got the package plus the pricey Perfect Seal and Protect polish.

Something I did not expect was that the microfiber towels in the "essential package" impressed me: feel nice, clean nice, and wash up nice.

The "Eyes outside" glass cleaner is the best windshield cleaner I have tried and has replaced my previous favorite of Prist.

Buddha Belly did not cut through the grime as easily as what I currently use but I probably should have let it sit and come back after a few minutes. It sure is a lot more pleasant to work with if all I have to do is be a little bit more patient.

The Interior cleaner and Perfect Leather don't seem to differ much in application or result with what I currently use.

After the EcoClean and then Wing Wipe (on all but the bottom of the wings), the plane was looking mighty fine.

Then I put on the Perfect Seal and Protect - sure does glisten and sure does show that every little imperfection that flying has given the plane.
I have about 2/3 of the bottle left after applying one coat to all but the bottom of the wings.

I put in an order today for my dad's birthday. I forgot about the code, too! Keep the $$ Rich, I'll make a donation straight to BCP myself. (Zane knows I'm good for it 8) )I'm really looking forward to hearing how your products work on the Skywagon and the Bush Hawk!

Glad you like Eyes Outside and the microfibers!

Yeah, let the formula do the work for you as someone else mentioned. Makes all the difference in the world. We divide the belly into thirds and clean a third while the formula is sitting on the next third.

When we were developing the products we used my Maule as one of the test vehicles. The previous owner simply didn't believe in cleaning and when I saw what the test batch of Perfect Seal and Protect did to the oxidation I knew we had a winner.

Make sure to use Wing Wipe when you clean your leading edges. It has a small dose of the same sealant as is in Perfect Seal and Protect to maintain the surface between waxes.

Thanks Rich for the care package! Nice kickback check and a one-of-everything kit, including this, my favorite item, as well as a cute outfit for my little girl.

We should be thanking you! BCP has been one of our best communities so far. BCP, the Cessna 195 guys and the warbirds flyers have embraced us during our first year and keep coming back for more. It was a pleasure to send you a check and some swag to return the favor.

Re: "Eyes outside" glass cleaner

Used my care package Eyes Outside for the first time last weekend--thanks, Rich! Seems to be good stuff--nice clear windshield, and pretty easy to see that it fills in minor scratches that otherwise make it difficult to see when flying into the sun.

I'm wondering--is it acceptable to put it in a spray bottle, rather than just pouring it onto the microfiber cloth? It seems a bit awkward, since I'm accustomed to spray-on products.

Absolutely. There should have been a sprayer in the box to go onto the bottle. You didn't get one?
