Good luck with the sale - I'll bring it up if I hear anyone in the market.

Also, please don't tell me this is a symptom of having kids... One on the way and I don't want to sell my plane  :(
Don't sell it Cam. Just buy another... [emoji6]

No, it just means you need to upgrade to something bigger if you don’t already have it![emoji3]

And useless short field and backcountry capabilities in the wrong hands! Seriously--one of the best examples I can think of that it's not the airplane that makes the difference, it's the pilot.

Re: Flying with piperpainter aka former crazy Mooney!

Well, I have loved the Mooney, but it's time to upgrade from her to more space and better performance....at least for the kind of flying I like to do! I was lucky to find a 205 from a gentleman down near Santa Fe, NM. Cory flew down with me to do a few checks, other than the pre-buy, and then head towards home. It was a beautiful flight and she did a great job! I dropped Cory off at SLC then continued on to Gooding for fuel. I wanted to keep going, but the headwinds had been horrible all day and I had work in the morning. So I decided to stop in Boise and leave her there. I'll be retrieving her soon, for now I have to work. But here she is! She currently has new 1960's paint scheme and 70's shagadelic interior. The inside will be changed soon! Time for some family fun. (no kid is on the way, just want more room before evening considering that!)

That's certainly a beauty. I bet you're loving the space in there. Can't wait to see it filled with camping gear and memories.

It was an awesome day. I’m glad things went well! Can’t wait to meet up and do some 205 flying with you! FYI, a 205 Fly-in may be in the works for this spring.

You're smiling like you just discovered sunshine...

I love that upholstery!!! Don't you dare change it...you'll never get anything near as cool.

Looks like a super-good airplane. It'd be nice to have a throw-it-in-and-go aircraft now and again, rather than having to count ounces all the time. Good on you for trying something different.

Great news!! I was worried you were getting out of flying when the Mooney left!

Looks like a great plane!

Awesome! That feeling of getting a new-to-you airplane...like you just registered for a really hard class in college. You know you have lots of work to do and you might still drop. Wait...maybe that's not really applicable.

I like the paint the way it is. Disagree with Hammer though, the upholstery needs an upgrade!
