[quote="crazedpilot"]If I can make this work Rob you'll have no issue with your terrain features...... it's 500ft, 15% at the top and it ends
into the dining room window. Good part is I have no drainage issues and can take off year round outside of haying season.

Looking forward to your successes it's a great great feeling to have the ability to land at home! ~CRAZED

Now that's the way an airstrip should look! If you ever get out west stop by my place, you'll feel right at home!

Tuesday it is. After you drop the big ones I think we'll have time to fly to lunch if you have time that is.

Hey Matt: I think the tree falling should wait till the wind subsides. The big one will blow onto the neighbors property.

Hay field landing.

Sounds like a plan. Felling trees and east winds don't mix.

The big ones are yours Matt. I dropped around 15 today. Looks like any day but Tuesday is fine with me. Let me know what is best for you. We don't need to work in the rain.

Re: Hay field landing.

Been making steady progress. I have made a heck of a mess. Anybody need free fire wood? Bring your saw and truck. I will have to help you out with the tractor so know where to hook the chain up front. You can use my hydraulic splitter. Most rounds halved is just the right size. So easy to handle size.

The charge is to put all the branches from your tree/s in a pile so I can burn them.

Good day

Re: Hay field landing.

Making good progress. Cut down another 10 trees today. We moved a nice Pink Dogwood that was in the way. Around 20 more to cut and then the culvert.
