Beautiful build, and I recognize that sheep  Did this replace the '14 ?
Take care, Rob

Eh Rob, nice Ram indeed... I'll add a Ram and Moose counter to my dash! what do you mean if it replaced the '14? Cheers, BCT

Sorry for the late reply, I musta not caught this. Guess I thought that was the same sheep as the one on ccuries tail :

The 14 I was alluding to:

Certainly the pertiest most functional '14 I have ever seen.

Take care, Rob

Thats not a poor mans 180... This is a Poormans 180.... Serial Number 1. (Its our amateur built Stinson 108-3 that I'm currently 'rebuilding the wings' on (just stamping out wing ribs this weekend to be exact.) The form we filled out for Transport Canada/MDRA states this:

Make : Poormans
Model: 180
SN: 001

Ha ha everyone's a critic!

Well I'm sure your homebuilt Stinson will end up being an awesome plane, but My 172 will always look more like, and share more blood relation with a 180! :P

I Don't know... Here is C-GSES in the 80's sometime while my father was running her as a skydiving plane
Image
Here Is what remains of her

Which just happens to be the engine, that once it is rebuilt, will be going into the Poorman
Image

So our poorman will have the heart of a 180, and the previous name of a 180 (We still have the Registration C-GSES). :D

So I guess our 'stinson' will be the Ugly Stepsister... Lol

But here is a couple pics of 2 of the other hangar queens that are here

Oh yeah? well I got 180 gear legs! No? not enough? Okay... fine you win, yours has more 180 parts! ( i think 172/180 wings are pretty similar but not sure)

But I'm sticking with my handle!

it's an airplane... What are the chances of that?

And to get back on topic... here is another airplane that i guess i kind of own through my dads 'crazy' airplane addiction, and my stupidity in becoming an aircraft mechanic, lol.
