You...
Squash is the pilot of the red/white Husky in the video. Thank you for showing us around!
Thanks for the compliments everyone, and Evan for cross posting. I wish I could find time to do more of this content. I'm still working on the trip report from last year! This one just happens to be fresh in my mind.

I spend a LOT of time searching for more instrumental/orchestral stuff. Nothing too dramatic, just good mood music for the mood of being in awe of these places in the video. That intro scene... I do feel like that when flying and looking down at the seracs, somber and amazed about where we are. The music credits are in the end of the video, and those groovy Broke For Free tracks are free to use. Some aren't.
People underestimate how powerful the audio track is, and it's so much more than just music. My absolute favorite sounds in this video are the birds chirping at May Creek as Larry lands, and of course Matt's big prop singing at Jake's Bar; no music over those naturally scored clips. Once you get a powerful editor and can split off your audio and loop it and extend it or shape the volume and balance envelope, you can create a landscape as powerful as any visual imagery. It's really hard to make a story that isn't just a music video. I'm working to get away from that but it's an easy formula to fall back into.
Anyway, fun times. Huge thanks to Akgreg, Bigrenna, Squash, Lurker Larry, Pierre J, Matt 7GCBC, Nizina (Eric). The one character we had missing was DenaliPilot! His big engine 170 is awesome, but alas, he had to work.
