You have to keep this up to date for weather Rob. It looks pretty good for a day or two don't you think?

Thinking I am going to leave early Sat morning but will see. May end up on one of the circuits around here if I can't get it past the wife.

The wx man says clearing from south to the north. Hood River will probably be nice to very nice Saturday at 1100 but not perfect till Sunday.

I know how the wife thing goes. I'm doing Hood River Friday thru Sunday morning. I think Pacific City will be a good day so I better take her down for lunch. If lazflyn comes out Monday or Tuesday I said I would come to PC. Then Wednesday it is off to Reno for 5 days while she is working full time =D> How do I get away with it??

Cheers

Weather is crap here right now, but forecast to get better this afternoon. Saturday and Sunday look beautiful! :D :D Still planning on barbeque at my house Saturday night. I'll swing by the airport to pick anyone who wants to come over at 6:30. I'll be driving a black Toyota Tundra. Meet at the FBO. My cell is 541-490-3580. Cooking up a nice Salmon, potatoes, and homemade ice cream!

Scott,

Count my wife an I in for dinner. What can we bring?

The weather is getting better there are a few blue holes out there now......

Yep Big blue hole coming Kevin...fire drill...Yip Ya here we go. I think Ive heard that some where before? Ill bet you'll have a nice clear flight up the east side and back. If there are still clouds around Mount Hood just keep going north to The Dalles and turn left at the river, Its easy to get under an overcast and in here that way.

Should be real nice by tomorrow am and the local wind forecaster is calling for calm winds. :D

I live on the flight path for planes coming out of the Willamette Valley headed to Hood River, I just saw three airplanes that's the only place they could be going. Just saw a nice Beach Staggerwing.

Wish we could make it, but we need to stay closer to home this weekend. Might brew some beer though, so all is not lost. ;)

awesome, save me a camp site for tomorrow if you can.

How was the ride down the gorge? The Wx station on top of Augspurger Mt. has been reporting some sporty gusts.
