Pain in the neck getting all those sticks out from between the cooling fins isn't it?

I wholly support this direction of backcountry cooking with an airplane in the background. 8) I think i watch more cooking vids than airplane vids these days anyway.

Nice audio quality with the clear capture of environmental sounds. Frying. Chopping. Crackling fire. Nice work.

Thanks for this. Good stuff. Reminds me of the enduring mystery called out by Shelly Tambo in Northern Exposure: "we went to this fancy restaurant and I ordered cocoa vin. It didn't even taste like chocolate." :)

I hadn't heard that line before. That's pretty funny. I don't think I've ever seen even a single episode of that show...

She's gonna be again disappointed when she tries sweetbreads...
