Yes, to a G2, but I really don't need the additional features. The only real differences from a practical standpoint would be fuel flow, but I already have an EI FP-5L fuel flow computer, and the ability to store the G2's readings on an SD card (data logging)--the G1 doesn't provide for storage, but I can easily take pictures of it to show my mechanic if necessary. Repair of my G1 should be about $350 plus any parts that it needs, whereas upgrading to a G2 would be about $1650.
One thing that surprised me was that to send it UPS to Insight in Canada cost about $105! I also insured it, so the total shipping cost was about $130.
I have no adverse issues with Insight--they've been easy to deal with, from the time I first considered installing the G1 through now. They're high on my list of good companies from a consumer standpoint.
