Gary,

Great breakfasts. Next time I'm in Durango we'll go for. Rid in the Rans.

Gary - the Rans S7 made it into Front Range Airport (FTG) for the light sport expo - and are giving rides. I scheduled one for tomorrow morning. I'm not sure if you are up for a drive/flight over. The plane looks really nice - just like Arne's does.

Arne give me a shout the next time you are up in Longmont.

Welcome back Matt. I know it isn't backcountry flying, but I sure would like to see some pics from your trip, as well as a report. Hope you had a great time!

Re: Caveman Fly In 2012

Sweet video Allen! Hey, would it be possible to get the raw footage from the t-shirt unveiling somehow?

Re: Caveman Fly In 2012

Thanks!

Cory - sure, I can send you the raw footage of the t-shirt stuff. It will only cost you 1 (one) set of 29" Bushwheels! What a deal!

Just pm me your email and I'll send it to you.

Re: Caveman Fly In 2012

OK Zane.... Amacbean now sets the standard. That is a video worth watching.... twice.
It's all about the landscape, the planes, the people, the ADVENTURE. Not just some boring inflight cruise footage with LOUD music to disguise the fact that the video is exceptionaly boring.
This was great. I missed Caveman this year, but now I feel like I got to participate anyway.
Kudos Amacbean !!!
I am sure the members here appreciate the time you put into editing the movie and posting. Really like the shadow under the plane landing at Hidden Splendor. Well done!

Flying is dangerous. If you think otherwise, you are new at this sport. Mind the gravity not the gap.

Re: Caveman Fly In 2012

At the risk of not meeting Flightlogic's standards for videos #-o , here is a video that I threw together of our trip to Caveman and the trip report:

http://www.backcountrypilot.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=10212

Or you can just watch the video:

Re: Caveman Fly In 2012

A + Cory. No worries on this one. Great family shots to open with and country (real) music.... with real lyrics.
How can you go wrong?

Have a great day! =D>
