It's on the tighter side for my Commander, but on a cool day (like now in the fall) it shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone know if the hot springs stay hot year round as well?

I believe the strip and hot springs are open 365. The strip has a nice uphill landing and down hill take off. It is a one way strip, except for dead stick Steve.
What ever you do, don't crash. Crashes will get it closed faster than a hippy to free marijuana.
