Fuel bladders ?
Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?

I just did a search on fuel bladders and didn't come up with anything
What is the preferred fuel bladder for a Cessna 180 that will be tolerant of Mogas?
Thanks Gary

If you want to go up, pull back on the controls. If you want to go down, pull back farther.

Eagle is what I'm using and the material they use is good. Not impressed with their nipple placement. I have a very original wing and had to send the first back because there was no way the outlet would work with the quick drain without cutting metal. No way I want to cut metal. Would really like to take measurements and go up to Eagle River and instruct the builder where to put nipples so they're not off.

I've used a few hartwifs lately and they work good. Fitment has been good with all that I've put in. You definitely want to get the new eagle sump drains though, no matter what bladder you use. Money well spent IMO.

I just put a set of FFCs in mine, with the eagle drains. No complaints. They were slightly cheaper than anyone else.

I put Eagle cells in my ‘’58 182 in June. All went well. I wish I had bought their quick drains but I didn’t know enough about drain options to want to spend the money. I replaced the CAV-180 model drains from Spruce and they work fine. Don’t put too much fuel lube in the tank drain nipple to get the tube in or when you clamp it down it will want to squeeze out. After being told to use plenty of it I had to wipe most of it out of the nipple with a Q-tip to actually get more friction in there for clamping.

I would agree with Tim. I replaced the left bladder in my 67 182 this year. The date on it was 1983. I removed the wing covers on the right side bladder just to change the rusty screws to stainless and inspect the clips etc, and the date on that bladder is 1973! My plane is certified for mo-gas, and both bladders have seen several thousand hours of use with straight to mixed mo-gas in the 19 years which I've owned it.

And no issues with Mogas? Are you using non-ethanol only?

From the Eagle fuel cell website. That's why mechanics LOVE our cells! Once installed, the cell is externally durable, internally impermeable, resistant to ozone damage and shrinkage and is compatible with all aviation and pump gas fuels, oils, and most corrosive fluids

I replaced one in my 53 180 last January with one from FFC. The old one was dated October of 1954! It was still pliable, but there were cracks in the seams on the top.
