Does the fanny pack have a holster sewed into it, or does the pistol just flop around loose?

Hey Ken it is ok to ask. It is expensive. Custom made to your measurements. Mine is goat skin. Dare I say $800

You choose to make it any way you want. Brass zipper, goat, cow, color, thread color, pockets, collar type. They have so much work there is a 4-5 week wait for delivery.

Re: Good day BCP friends

Ohh man...

...$800 bucks? That is 12.3 hours of gas for our Maule( 11 gph X $6 bucks per gallon) = about 1,720 miles no wind. Or 2,000 miles in our new Grand Cherokee 5.7..360 HP Hemi Jeep while hauling our new "light weight" travel trailer.(10 mpg X $4.00 per gallon gas X 2,000 miles)

We pack a short barrel(20 inches) 12 guage for protection from varmits. Headed to southern Utah again in mid May. Our 5th trip to Utah in 2 years. Just cannot get enough. Jeep/Camper this time. We are leaving the Maule at home.

Why are our hobbies so expensive??

Congratulations my friend. Seriously. I am only a tiny bit jealous. :^o

Man this is turning out to be a strange winter here in the Willamette Valley Oregon. We got snow again. This is like 5 times this winter. Not enough to cause problems, just enough to turn everything white. Beautiful! It has been dumping in the mountains. Great sledding too.

The rain the last few weeks has been relentless. Storm after storm. Way to much gray. Good thing we are headed for socal Friday. SUN!!

Re: Good day BCP friends

I know the feeling Rob, I just got my Maule back from annual this weekend and Monday I flew the Snake, Salmon and Clearwater and was thinking of scouting Cabin Creek and Moose Creek. Then it started snowing and snowing. 24+ hours straight. I guess I will have to pull on some snowshoes and go build an igloo. Arrgh.

With your aviation-style sunglasses, a new leather vest, and a fireman's badge you'd be downright welcome here in LA at the annual West Hollywood parade this October 31st. Maybe you can borrow one of Gump's old police hats to complete your new makeover?

Like hotrod says... Y - M - C - A

At least you won't have to bend over to reach the flap handle on the Maule.
