Somehow this interviewer Kirsten Dirksen discovered Ivo (Ivo Prop) and went out to his airport compound to visit and film his hangar. The guy has an interesting story.

Guessing after enduring and escaping the iron curtain, and not needing to make a living off his pilots cert, he probably isn’t too scared of the GS workers of the FAA lol

I saw that he was close to those desert dwellings (I don't want to call them houses because they weren't. One looked like a trailer, but I wasn't sure). Ivo mentioned them as his neighbors who actually stop by his place once in a while. That would make me think they might not be that upset by his low flying.

So, do they have to actually file a complaint for the authorities to consider it a violation?

I like my solitude, but I prefer it in carefully administered doses. I clearly need more diversions in my day to day life than this dude. He apparently made some serious money once upon a time. That Cyber Truck in the airplane side of his hangar wasn't cheap. More power to him for achieving his dream.
