Mach 1+ in DFW Class B?

Flew down to Tyler Tx Pounds airport for lunch and to see their museum. Along the way, I saw this ADS-B readout apparently zipping along at over Mach 1+ down low N of Denton in some very busy airspace. It’s either a glitch or someone’s got some big clankers.

Also, the airport Skyline Cafe went out of business 2 days ago; they’d been in biz for 20 yrs there and allegedly ran afoul of the airport board, which raised rent such that they couldn’t see their way forward. Got to embrace local government; they’re there to help!

The museum is small but they have several neat aircraft, such as the Widowmaker:

Too bad about the Cafe...The Pounder was a great burger...worth the flight.

I've seen those crazy fast targets on ADS-B before when I was using a Stratux recever and Foreflight. It's a hell of a glitch. I have no idea what the cause is. If I see it again and I'm talking to ATC, I'll ask if they see what I'm seeing. I wonder if there's a way someone on the ground with a transmitter can spoof a aerial target.
