Merry Christmas, my friends (2020)

I hope you're all having a great Christmas despite the circumstances, and that your families are well and good.

As I sit here with a belly full of spare ribs (my second time BBQing them) and home fries, I'm thankful to be healthy (maybe not for long eating like this) and have good friends to text with tonight. In about an hour it's toy assembly time.

Zane, I hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas, the work you do and have done make every stop on this forum a gift. The way you have maintained the peace for the many years I have been visiting is a testament to your character. Merry Christmas Zane and all the rest if yoy guys! Had a pretty great day myself. The first picture is of a very good friend and mentor of mine that got me into flying. This was a number of summers ago that I was chasing him down a river valley. He passed away in an accident a few years ago. Today I flew the same path with his son who was flying his plane. It was a bit emotional for me. But a great way to spend Christmas eve, a couple hrs seat time with 2 other friends and good friends. Then the afternoon with my wife and kids. Capping it all off with some great dessert and the best Christmas movie ever, Die Hard!

Thank you Zane, and everyone else I haven't met yet out there. Marry Christmas to all. I too feel lucky. Two of our three kids are staying with us for the foreseeable future. It has been nice..

Merry Christmas to all my BCP friends!! Although I have not met the vast a mjority of members on this site, I still consider all to be friends and hope to someday meet you.

Zane, I give a great credit to you and your steadfastness in making this site the best of all the airplane forums I frequent. Hope you and your family are doing great and settling in after the travels. Oh, my mouth watered when seeing those ribs....look yummy!!
