This stuff is good! Though I've only ever made Vietnamese coffee from it. It's super strong with that chicory.

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
For those home roasters, I have a bunch of roasting profiles for different beans on my computer.
If ya'll are interested, I can put them on Dropbox and provide a link.

I'd like to see a link Tom. I'm not sure I want to get deeper into this but I know eventually I will.

7-Eleven coffee was really bad this morning. Tasted like somebody emptied an ash tray in the machine. I have tasted a decline in 7-Eleven coffee lately. The coffee use to taste great and the donuts were pretty good too.
Going back to Yuban.

Of course, the best place to be sitting when sipping Cafe DuMonde coffee is at Cafe DuMonde in New Orleans, whilst munching on their signature beignets and getting powdered sugar all over your shirt, pants, etc. Hard to beat for a lazy start to the morning.

I have to say, that's a real kick. I don't think I'd want to go to all that trouble--my MSR stove makes the coffee boil much quicker. But I love his comments!

I'm definitely trying this tomorrow. On the stove though. Gas stove, so it's nearly the same process right?
