Cliff,
Tell Joyce I said thanks again. The hospitality was second to none, and the food was great!! I am pretty sure if it wouldn't have been 100 degrees I would have gained a pound or two from all the eatin'. Me and Daisy had a great time for sure. Your place is a gem!
Saturday morning we had a few chores to do and that gave us some time for the fog to start burning off. We saw some blue start to appear above and decided to go for it around 1030.

Busted out on top with blue skies above.

Some of that PA farm art.

Daisy getting a quick nap in on the 40 minute flight. The pup had a long day in store for her.

Cliffs 180 in the new hangar (no thanks to the Township). The PA Townships are really something special.

Daisy made lots of new friends. (I think he had some food in his hands....) She's no dummy.

Cliff giving his mom a ride in the airport shuttle, Joyce in the back. The Champ is Cliffs brothers. May be the nicest champ I have seen!

The FARMAULE

The Hammer inspired Seek Outside Tarp. I was using it for some extra shade here. When I realized I forgot my tent, it became my sleeping quarters. I also forgot my sleeping bag and sleeping pad. (they were all in the same bag)

I was excited to try pitching the tarp and possibly sleeping in it anyway, it just became the only option.... It would have been much better with a sleeping pad to get off of the ground. Good times. This thing will always be in the plane with me from now on.

This was the final pitch for sleeping. Aided by Hammer's tie downs. I used the pull handle that is used to tension the tie down lines as the main support tie out for the tarp. Low side into the weather. Worked like a charm. Luckily, the line of storms leading the coming cold front broke up before it got to us the next morning.

The outdoor shower/sink was much needed and appreciated at the end of the muggy, hot ass, sweaty day. This thing was badass!

The fly in was great. It was hot and miserable for sure. Cliff had all that covered though! Big Army tent with massive fans, all kinds of shaded areas as well. The fixins' were on point, and the people couldn't have been nicer. A great time was had, and it was nice to see some fellow BCP'ers in the mix there. Can't wait for next year! Thanks again Cliff.
