Yeah, no problem. I highly recommend it - it was a beautiful spot above the snake river. We went in Saturday morning - just after the overcast lifted - with decent winds out of the north - gusting to 20kts. Got a little shear on short final and experienced light occasional turbulence over the canyon and on departure with a tailwind. Exciting as hell for me - only my 5th landing on grass, second in a trike with the first being at johnson creek the day before. Camped next to a Mall driver from OK who was in there 30-45 minutes before me and he thought wasn't in the greatest condition - but I suspect he tried to land it in what I thought was a taxi-way - that's where the worst rutting was. I thought it was pretty decent - I was in a trike with wheel pants. Your 206 should have no problems with it.

Landed on 06/23/2012 flying a C172K - Skyhawk XP
Landed 36 uphill just to the right of ruts in smooth grass no more than ankle high. Taxied off to the left on the last 3rd of field in good gravel. Sock is little battered and doesn't really indicate below 20kts. Walked the field and didn't see any reported rocks. Most of the field is short grass, graded well with portions of packed gravel. Use standard soft field technique and mind density altitude. My wheel pants didn't even get any grass stains.
