Panel redo - your input?

Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?

I would scrap the transponder and do a tail beacon X with the xpndr built in and controlled by the AV30.

If I didn't already have a digital txp with ADS-B out, I would agree. Don't think it's worth the $2500 for my situation.

What I posted is a $10600 upgrade, and I'd do the install myself

$5100 JPI 900
$4000 AV-30 x2
$1500 GTR200

Re: Panel redo - your input?

My original intent was to have all my instruments in a tidy six pack, but the curve of the top of the panel prohibited that. That's why my CGRs are offset to the left, and we put the guardian CO sensor in the middle.
