The local Costco here in Colorado has the exact same "6 gallon portable" language. Wonder if it is really a Costco thing, or do the states coordinate (maybe a national code sort of deal?)

They dont mind people filling a jug for there lawnmowers because it would only be a 5 gallon fire, to start with, now change that to a 150 or more gallon fire?

After reading all these threads......

What if it is a 250 gal plastic tank, sitting on a wood floor trailer?

Does one take a 12' cable with a stake and ground the airplane?
