Phantom Lake, about a ten minute flight from my airport. I know it gets some traffic during the summer but I've been lucky and only seen another plane up there once. The local float club maintains a couple canoes.
Solo camped up there for the solstice with a cigar and flask of good scotch. Spectacular.

Its great to see the Canadian Content rolling in, float flying is one of the great types of back country flying along with the many others.

Early morning sunrise from one of our fly-in fishing outposts, Tully Lake in Northwestern Ontario. Life doesn’t get much better than these calm cool mornings with camp coffee brewing and the loons waking up.
